Today starts day 1 of the 21 day fix. I didn't get all my stuff packed and eaten. I did have a vanilla Shakeology. Nuts and chicken breast from KFC grilled, cracker, chicken legs and mixed veggies. Not a great way to start it off. I didn't have my list made and the storms threw us for a little loop. But. Good news is the food is bought and tomorrow is a new day. I'm taking this one day at a time.

Workout completed! It's been awhile since a workout made me want to puke. In a good way. I really pushed myself. I love the way she encourages me to keep going and push through. I didn't modify and am using 5lb weights.
