Making Fall Memories: Pumpkin Muffins

Today is a cold,  chilly, rainy, fall day.  We have been talking, singing, exploring, and even baking fall things.  I will try to post the things we do.  I know I have not been too good at this in the past.  Forgive me

Here is what you need:

  • 2 cups flour
  • teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • cup canned pumpkin
  • cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened

  • What to do:  
  • Mix it all together. 

  • We made them in the muffin tins.  But we talked about making it into a bread next time.  
  • Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
