Hard Boil Eggs

The kids are always asking for me to make hard boiled eggs.  This time I let them make them and here is what we did:

• Put the eggs in a pot very carefully 
• Add cold water enough to cover the eggs
• Bring  pot of water to a boil keep the water at a simmer, cover for 10 minutes
• Take the eggs out carefully and run under cold water
• Peel and enjoy
